  • Carl White

    Carl created the White Hindle Partnership in conjunction with Rob Hindle with the intention of spearheading the growth of the business across Leeds, Manchester and London.

    Whilst Carl still completes all types of building surveying instructions he is actively involved in complex due diligence and portfolio acquisition surveys and deals extensively with project management and development monitoring and management instructions on larger projects for private developers including Pochin Developments and Bilton Ward Developments, as well as Pension Funds including Henderson, and Threadneedle.

    Carl has recently completed the Development Monitoring of a £21m Distribution Centre in Middlewich, £4m Residential Development in Cheshire, Project Managed the Refurbishment of £1.2m Retail Development, Ashton-Under-Lyne, amongst various other schemes and projects across the UK and Germany.

    Carl has been involved with various public sector clients including VOSA, Cheshire and Greater Manchester Police, rehabilitation and new build Housing Associations projects and East Riding Council stock surveys.

    Carl has a proactive approach to encourage team working to facilitate a co-ordinated delivery of added – value services to clients.

  • Rob Hindle

    Rob created the White Hindle Partnership in conjunction with Carl White with the intention of spearheading the growth of the business across Leeds, Manchester and London.

    Rob completes all types of Building Surveying instructions but specialises in Due Diligence and Portfolio Acquisition Surveys, which he has many years experience in. Rob also deals extensively with Expert Witness issues, Dilapidation and Party Wall work whilst providing Project Management and Development Monitoring and Management instructions.

    Rob has worked closely with Clients including Threadneedle, Hammerson, Mapeley, HSBC, Land Securities, Vision Express and other major Blue Chip Clients.

    Rob has been involved with various public sector clients including UNISON, USDAW, NASUWT, Leeds & Deby City Council providing a mixture of Project Management, Contract Administration, Expert Witness and Due Diligence services.

    Rob has a valuable technical background, which enables him to facilitate a strong growth in the company providing succinct and accurate information to our Clients. Robs proactive and conscientious approach to his work ensures Clients get the service they expect.

    Since becoming a Professional Member of RICS Rob has been involved in a number of RICS related activities. Rob sits on the RICS Yorkshire and Humber regional board and has commented on a diverse range of issues, appearing in many high profile publications and media outlets. Rob was the Chairman of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber Regional Board and is currently Head Judge for the Yorkshire and Humber Awards. Rob has chaired various high profile events and has provided input into various policy issues as well as chairing a regional roundtable policy discussions.

    Rob works closely with Jennifer Welch the Operations Director for the North and Geoff White the Policy Manager for the North to contribute extensively to the direction of the board, its overall aims and relationship with wider stake holders. Rob has taken a lead role in policy issues affecting the Yorkshire and Humber region. Rob has provided input into various RICS consultation responses and continues to play an active role in raising the profile of RICS regionally.

  • Neil Leetham

    Neil has a well-rounded knowledge of all building surveying disciplines and particular experience in professional services including due diligence, dilapidations, development monitoring, party walls and project management.

    Neil works for a broad range of clients including landlords and tenants, private individuals, SME’s and corporate entities. The main sectors in which Neil is involved are industrial, leisure, office and retail.

    Neil is also actively involved with the local RICS as a judge on the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Panel for the RICS Social Impact Awards.
